I'm a 25-year-old sales professional based in Bournemouth with a consistent track record at the top of the board. I've spent the last several years learning how to sell, persuade, and build relationships — skills that transfer far beyond any single product or industry.

Outside of work, I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitively, which has shaped the way I approach problems: with patience, technical precision, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

That experience — the process, not just the results — is what tobsjourney is built around. It's a content brand targeting young men who are smart enough to know something's off, but haven't yet found the language or the framework to change it.

A segment of customers had stopped buying — not because they'd lost interest in the product, but because they didn't know how to resell proof collectible gold coins to their own customers. The problem wasn't the product. It was confidence and knowledge.

I built a practical sales guide from scratch, walking dealers through exactly how to position, present, and sell proof coins. I then proactively reached out to dormant accounts, offered to send the document, and used it as a genuine value-add to re-open conversations. The trust it built converted directly into orders.

I've worked with brands on email list copy, cold outreach sequences, and broader content strategy. The work ranges from improving open-to-reply rates on cold email campaigns to writing content that builds brand credibility over time.

In one engagement, I rewrote a cold email sequence and took open rates from 32% to 84% — more than doubling performance. What separates effective copy from average copy is an understanding of what the reader is actually thinking — the objection they haven't said out loud. My background in sales means I approach copy the same way I approach a pitch: find the real concern, address it directly, and make the next step feel obvious.
